360o tool
to help VET organisations implement the Theory of Change methodology

What is the InclusionToC 360o assessment tool?

It offers an online space, where VET organisations can apply the Theory of Change methodology, in order to develop their strategies for the future.

The tool offers a 360 approach, since it involves all actors of VET organisations (management, teachers, trainers, administrative staff, students), who are invited to participate in the process of designing strategies for the inclusion of migrant women.

How does it work?

In 4 simple steps:

  1. You open a free account
  2. You define for your organization the number of respondents, the type (VET managers, VET teachers/trainers/administrative staff, VET students) and the duration of the assessment
  3. You send the tool generated tokens to the people from your organization participating in the assessment.
  4. After the end of the assessment duration, you access the tool generated reports based on the type of respondents.

The value of the InclusionToC 360o assessment tool

  • It enables VET organisations to assess their current practices and situation.
  • It includes relevant questions for all target groups (VET managers, VET teachers/trainers/administrative staff, VET students).
  • It can help VET organisations to map current practices at the beginning and calculate the impact of the project at the end and how to attract and involve other members of their institutions into using the digital platform for the application of TOC

A few words about InclusionToC project

InclusionToC uses the Theory of Change (TοC) to foster the inclusion of under-privileged groups such as migrant women in VET education.

TοC is a reliable, standardized method with the advantage to engage all participants in a co-creation process, namely involving target groups in changemaking.
